And besides going to the gym is too expensive and you’re not too keen on forking over a couple of hundred bucks for a health-club membership.

But don’t worry, there still good news. You can still find many ways to get a proper workout without having to spend major amounts of money or blow three hours of your day. If you have a carpet or mat like floor surface and a few household items that would be a big help for your home exercise.

Home exercise is a routine that is easy in the wallet, but not necessarily easy on the heart rate. It because you’re doing it cheap and quick doesn’t mean that you aren’t going to sweat.

Maybe you can still spend some money in buying something like jump rope or ball but at least you won’t have to spend that much.

Having an exercise daily helps our body to feel better; it helps our blood to circulate well. It helps us to prevent heart attack especially to those who are high blood. Exercise is a healthy routine that keeps our body feeling young and free of disease.
